We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Enterprise Solution Architect with a strong combination of Sitecore, digital experience, MarTech and enterprise integration expertise.
The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership for enterprise customer-experience platforms within a financial services environment and must have proven experience integrating Sitecore with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This opportunity is particularly suited to experienced Sitecore Architects, Technical Architects and MarTech Solution Architects with enterprise-scale implementation experience.
Build the Architecture Behind Enterprise Digital Experiences
Enterprise Sitecore Architecture
Lead architecture across Sitecore digital experience platforms, cloud technologies, integrations and customer-facing applications.
Sitecore + Dynamics 365
Design enterprise integration between Sitecore and Microsoft Dynamics 365 using APIs, Dataverse, Azure integration services and modern integration patterns.
Marketing + Technology
Work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, customer experience, personalization, MarTech, CRM and digital transformation.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Define enterprise architecture and technical strategy for Sitecore-based digital experience platforms.
- Architect scalable, secure and highly available Sitecore solutions.
- Lead architecture across Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and enterprise MarTech platforms.
- Design Sitecore and Dynamics 365 integration architecture.
- Define integration patterns using REST APIs, Dataverse and Azure integration services.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Technology, Security, Data and business stakeholders.
- Architect personalization, customer journeys, content delivery and digital experience capabilities.
- Establish architecture standards for scalability, performance, security, governance and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership to Sitecore development and integration teams.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
What We're Looking For
Proven Sitecore + Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration experience is a core requirement for this role.
- 8+ years of enterprise technology experience.
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect.
- 5+ years of Sitecore implementation experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on understanding of the Sitecore ecosystem.
- Experience with Sitecore XM, XP and/or modern Sitecore cloud architecture.
- Proven Sitecore and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration experience — REQUIRED.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse integration knowledge.
- Strong Azure architecture experience.
- REST API and enterprise integration architecture experience.
- MarTech and digital customer-experience architecture experience.
- Understanding of personalization, customer journeys, analytics and customer data platforms.
- Experience designing secure enterprise customer-facing applications.
- Financial services, banking, insurance, FinTech or another regulated-industry background strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and architecture documentation skills.
