Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Techno-Functional Consultant for a hybrid opportunity in Houston, Texas.

The successful consultant will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Strong experience with the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile application is particularly important.

The consultant should be capable of working across functional configuration, business requirements, mobile solutions, Power Platform, Dataverse, technical troubleshooting, and integrations.

Experience with Connected Field Service and IoT-enabled service scenarios will be an added advantage.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Configure work orders, incident types, agreements, customer assets, resources, territories and scheduling.
  • Configure and optimize the Schedule Board and resource scheduling.
  • Configure and support the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile application.
  • Configure mobile forms, views and technician experiences.
  • Support Field Service mobile offline profiles and synchronization.
  • Troubleshoot mobile application and Dataverse synchronization issues.
  • Gather requirements from dispatchers, technicians, service managers and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 configurations.
  • Develop or configure Power Automate workflows and Power Platform solutions.
  • Support Dynamics 365 security and Dataverse configuration.
  • Participate in integrations between Dynamics 365 Field Service and enterprise applications.
  • Assist with Connected Field Service and IoT scenarios where required.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, training and production support.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers and business teams.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on Dynamics 365 Field Service and Field Service mobile application experience is required for this role.

  • Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
  • Strong Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile application experience.
  • Experience configuring core Field Service functionality.
  • Understanding of Universal Resource Scheduling.
  • Microsoft Dataverse experience.
  • Power Platform / Power Automate experience.
  • Functional requirements gathering experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Dynamics 365 technical and functional issues.
  • Strong business communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Houston, Texas.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.

This role requires the ability to work in a hybrid environment in Houston, Texas.
